Maid Under Agency Payroll Policy
1. Benefits

  • 1.1. Replace Servant - You Can Replace the Servant at any time if found the Servant not suitable for your requirement without any extra charges.
  • 1.2. Substitue Servant - The agency will provide substitute servant if working servant goes on leave for more than 4 days based on below conditions:
    • a. If Substitute Servant is available.
    • b. Extra Charges are applicable.
  • 1.3. Feedback - Home Service takes your feedback on a serious note and works accordingly.
  • 1.4. No Advance Issue - The Home Service agency will take care of servant advance if she needs and will request you not to give any advance to servant if she asks for the same.

2. Registration Amount – Non Refundable

  • 2.1. Registration amount is non-refundable once we are into service (i.e. our provided servant starts working at your place).
  • 2.2. Registration amount will be non-refundable when you yourself stop the service in any case before or after meeting the servant.
  • 2.3. The Registration amount is valid only for 10 days for below reasons:
    • a. When you fail to start the service once you met with our servant.
    • b. You can restart the service within 10 days after you stop the service.

3. Registration Amount – Refundable

  • 3.1. The Registration charges will be refundable only in case when the Agency is insufficient to provide you the servant before starting the service.

4. Payroll Structure

  • 4.1. Payment must be done to agency through NEFT within 2 to 3 Days once the bill gets uploaded in website. For any changes in bill amount you must inform within 2 days.
  • 4.2. If you wants to keep the servant directly on your own payroll then you need to give 1 month maid salary as commission to the agency. And should terminate the agreement.
  • 4.3. Since the monthly salary paid by you is addition with agency Service and HRA charges, Agency deducts Service and HRA Charges from the payment done by your side and after the deduction of service charge the final payment is done to maid on 4th / 5th of every month.
  • 4.4. Keeping the maid directly on your payroll, provided by the Agency without informing an Agency will be considered against Home Service Policy and will be subject to realization for breaking the policy (Please refer to clause 12.1.).

5. Salary Increment

  • 5.1. If found the work considerably more after starting the service the agency may increase the salary as required.
  • 5.2. When servant completes 1 year then it is up to the agency whether or not to increase the current salary from you by defined amount.

6. Leaves

  • 6.1. No Amount will be deducted in the bill or the leaves will get adjusted, when leaves are given by your own side to the servant.
  • 6.2. If leaves given by your side continuously for more than 3 days, agency can adjust servant paid leaves by your leaves as 4:1, 6:2, 8:3,… Paid Leaves.
  • 6.3. If a servant is taking more leaves besides her usual paid leaves, then for that leave the amount will get deducted from the bill based on servant per day salary.
  • 6.4. It should be prioritized to inform to an agency that if the servant is taking less leaves compared to the paid leave, then you will not pay extra amount for servant remaining paid leave, else that amount need to be paid if the servant is working on her leave day.

7. Security

  • 7.1. Document Verification - Home Service does all the document verification that is required and mandatory to validate the Servant's name, age and address.
  • 7.2. House Verification - For House verification our home service representative visits every servant’s house and validates the address shown in the document and re-verifies with the original document at their house.
  • 7.3. Corporation Verification - Servants are asked to bring the letter from their respective corporator stating their identity and residence address, if needed.
  • 7.4. Police Verification – The agency does not do Police Verification for servants.

8. No Objection

  • 8.1. The Home Service is not responsible in case, if any accident happened/done by Servant by his/her own mistake or by another’s mistake. No amount will be deducted from salary in case of the above scenario.
  • 8.2. The Home Service is also not responsible if Servant found guilty at your workplace by doing any criminal activity.
  • 8.3. If giving any expensive object to maid like Gold, Mobile, Silver, any appliance, Advance money etc. you must inform prior to agency. If fails, Agency will not be responsible and can’t make any deduction in salary when needed.

9. Stop Service

  • 9.1. You should inform 10 – 15 days prior, if you are willing to stop the service.
  • 9.2. Home Service Can stop the service and block you if found that you are rude with Home Service staff, Servant or gone against the home service policy.
  • 9.3. Agency is nowhere bounded to provide you the service and can stop the service if Home Service fails to provide you the maid. Since we are not taking any advance commission from you, we assure you that will be not in loss.

10. Change In Requirement

  • 10.1. To make any changes in existing work requirement (i.e. change of time, Address, Added More/Less work than before, any financial subjects, etc.) should be informed prior to Home Service before having discussion with maid.

11. Non-Disclosure

  • 11.1. You are expected to maintain utmost secrecy in regard of asking to the servant about their salary, is not permissible.
  • 11.2. Any important terms between you and Agency must be strictly bounded.
  • 11.3. Agency Service charges and HRA charges are based upon agency resources applied, which is confidential within agency.

12. Non-Solicitation of Servant

  • 12.1. During the term of our service with the agency and for a period of 12 months thereafter immediately following the termination of service with the agency for any reason, you shall not:
    • a. Undertake and ensure that directly or indirectly solicit, recruit or encourage any of the agency’s servant to leave their employment with the agency or join on your employment or undertake any other activity that is of similar nature so as to give any sort of competition to the business of the agency.

13. Conflict Of Breaking Policy

  • 13.1. If doing any fraud with agency or going against the Agreement/Policy in any matter, agency is capable to take legal action.

If the terms and conditions offered herein are acceptable to you, you hereby agree to enter into an Agreement on our servant date of joining or at any time thereafter in the format prescribed by the agency. This mail acknowledges you that you state and agree and will abide to all Home Service Policy as mentioned above once we are into the service.
